  • How do you celebrate New Year’s Eve?

MATERIALS

  • Two popsicle sticks

  • Rubber bands (Important Note: One thick rubber is needed to go over the popsicle stick, and two thinner rubber bands on the ends of the stick)

  • Straw

  • Scissors

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Grab a thick rubber band to stretch over one popsicle stick.

STEP 2

Prep your straws by cutting them approximately 1.5 inches. Then place a straw underneath the rubber banded popsicle stick. Place the other straw over the rubber band.

STEP 3

Place the other popsicle stick over the prepped popsicle. Close off the ends by wrapping the thin rubber bands to the ends of the popsicle sticks.
