- Learn about the importance of water, the water cycle, and how water flows through our neighborhood.

- Compost Workshop (All ages)
- Join the City of Escondido’s demonstration of building a backyard compost pile and worm bin. Get your hands dirty! At the end of the workshop, you can purchase your own worm compost kit and make a worm bin to take home. The City will be selling starter kits: a DIY worm bin ($5) and/or red wiggler composting worms ($25).
